Purchase Information for Macaw's Beach Club:

1. Twenty five thousand (US dollars) $25,000 deposit is required to reserve your unit. The deposit funds will be held in Stewart Title ( 1-800-STEWART). All condominiums are titled property and insured by Stewart Title.

2. Purchaser will have 5 business days to review Macaw’s Ocean Club condominium association By-laws and Regulation Documents. To cancel reservation you must notify Macaw’s Ocean Club Association in writing and return the numbered Macaw’s Ocean Club Association By-laws and Regulation Documents. Upon notice of cancellation and return of documents your deposit of $25,000.00, less a $250.00 US dollar application fee, will be refunded.

3. The balance of funds are due at closing in 30 days or per sales contract agreement.

4. Purchase Agreement and Condominium Bi-laws are available are available from your Real Estate agent or please contact the Macaw's Developer's directly with your questions:

5. Purchase deposits will be deposited to the DEVELOPER in the escrow account of the law firm Alvarez, Jimenez, De Pass to our account in Miami, Florida. Wire transfer information listed below.
