The Exclusive Macaw’s Ocean Club condominium is a 24 unit private residence. Four separate buildings containing six units in each building. The Macaw's developers Grupo Real Siambon, awarded Proycon Construction as the builder of this exclusive beach front development. Proycon is a premier construction company located in San Jose, Costa Rica.

Water System
As part of the dedication for the protection of the environment the Macaw’s Ocean Club has installed a state of the art black water purification treatment system. Water is obtained through the local municipality. The condominiums water system consists of two reservoirs with a capacity of 32,000 gallons of water. Water is delivered to the condominiums and common areas by an electric pump system, which includes a backup generator.
Electrical System
The Electrical System engineering meets the United States electrical code NEC, as well as all local municipal construction codes. An electrical transformer is located near the property and each condominium is metered separately.
